The TTS Thermaltech Systems Inc. ZV9S zone board greatly simplifies wiring, diagnostics, and testing when used in 24VAC hydronic systems where 4 wire zone valves are utilized. 3 wire zone valves are also supported. Supports up to 9 zone valves and 9 thermostats.

NEW! Revision B supports 24VAC powered thermostats!

The compact, user friendly panel mount design fits neatly inside modular hydronic zone valve enclosures from major manufacturers, as well as mounts neatly in the boiler room next to site built zone valve manifolds. Unique two position, removable terminal blocks allow wiring to be easily plugged in and unplugged to facilitate easy valve and thermostat wiring, as well as to expedite valve maintenance or repair.

Visual indication using LED indicator lamps is provided for both supply power as well as individual zone operation. An easy to use OFF / ON / THERMOSTAT control switch for each zone makes testing, maintenance and diagnostics extremely easy.

A fast acting fuse provides protection for the ZV9S board, the connected zone valves, and also helps protect the installer supplied 24VAC control power transformers. Transient voltage protection is also provided for each individual zone valve to help eliminate surges from damaging sensitive electronic zone control valves.
